Before an instrument leaves our premises, it is personally tested by our experts for full functionality. We check the mechanics, the electronics, and the general workmanship. This ensures that you receive a flawless instrument that is ready to play right out of the box.

Safety is our top priority. Every instrument is individually and professionally packed by us. We use special protective packaging and high-quality cushioning material to ensure your order is optimally protected against shocks and weather conditions during transit.

Shipping Costs & Delivery Times

If you place your order between Monday and Friday before 3:00 PM (CET), we will ship your in-stock items on the very same day.

Below you will find an overview of our shipping conditions. Please note the maximum weight limit of 31.5 kg per package.

Note on Freight Forwarding (Spedition):

Should your order exceed the maximum weight limit or cannot be shipped via standard parcel services due to its size (e.g., pianos or drum kits), delivery will be handled by a freight forwarding company. In this case, we will charge the actual transport costs incurred and will contact you personally before shipping.

Availability:

Compliance with the delivery times is subject to the immediate availability of the goods. If an item is exceptionally out of stock, you will be notified by us immediately.
