Right of Withdrawal
We offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. The costs for returning the goods are to be borne 100% by the customer.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.
How to Initiate a Return

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Upon request, we can provide a prepaid return label, the cost of which will be deducted from your refund. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In these specific warranty cases, we will, of course, cover the costs of processing.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (special orders or personalized items) and personal care goods. For hygiene reasons, wind instruments, in-ear monitors, and unsealed software are excluded from exchange. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As stated above, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. The customer bears the direct costs of returning the goods.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process your refund immediately. The credit will automatically be applied to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If you have not received a credit within 14 days of your withdrawal, please contact us at webshop@danysmusicshop.at.
