The Ibanez AZ series is all the rage - now the AZES Line is a low-priced variant in the characteristic AZ design. With the AZES40-BK, Ibanez offers a classic ST model with contemporary features: light poplar body, bolted, flat maple jatoba neck, T-106 tremolo with comfortably rounded steel saddles and an HSS set Ibanez Essentials pickups, which, like the AZ guitars, can be connected in many ways via a 5-way switch and the alter switch for the dyna-MIX8 switching system.
